Australia’s National Construction Code for Class 2 to 9 Buildings came into effect on 1 October 2024 and includes updated rules and regulations concerning Energy monitoring and on-site distributed energy resources. In this CPD session Jack from Beare Group explained how architects and builders need to be aware of when constructing buildings of this code is the ease-of-retrofitting this infrastructure later to meet growing demand.
